Last Fridaym July 24, 2009, we had our acquaintance party. A first year student presented an intermission number. We had the same guitar, only different color. I thought he was gonna sing. But he didn't ask for any mic. Then he started to pluck a few riffs. Damn! This guy's so good! After his performance, I approached him and asked if he could jam with us sometime.
I was looking for a good lead guitarist. I hope he's the missing piece of the puzzle.I hope this finally works. Fingers crossed! =')

"Orom" or "Urom"
This was not the first time I experienced this phenomenon. Last night, just few hours after I slept, I felt I was neither fully asleep nor partially awake. It's like, you know you're not asleep anymore, yet you're not awake yet. You feel paralyzed. You cant even move a finger. It's like someone is trying to prevent you from moving. This would scare you so you try to scream, scream at the top of your lungs, yet you feel mute. Nothing comes out of your mouth, but you continue screaming, struggling so hard to make a move that you forget you're holding your breath. Then *puff* everything feels loose and light. You are now consciously awake. You breathe a deep sigh of relief, then ask yourself, "what the heck was what?"
That my friends, if you ever experienced one too, they said, is a "Orom / Urom" People die from this strange thing. A more layman's term for this is "bangungot". Gets? Just pray all the time.

Miracle phone
During my birthday about a year ago, I placed my nokia 6260 phone right beside a bowl of melting ice. Accidentally Cynthia, my girlfriend, spilled a few ice droplets in my phone's keypads. She hurriedly tried to pat the drops. But then, my cellphone gave in. It was still on but the screen was entirely white. We tried everything to revive this fella. We even took the battery out and let 'em dry overnight. Unfortunately all our efforts was in vain. So we took it to nokia to have it repaired. Sadly, they told us it was beyond repair. Ouch! And to think this was a "finally-you're-graduating-gift" from my mother. Taking in a deep breath, I just kept my phone at home. No hard feelings whatsoever to Cynthia by the way. It wasn't intentional.
Fast forward a year and 4 months later, someone told me one of the best repair shop in our place. I visited that place, but the technician was not around so we have to come back later. So I just deiced to undrain the battery. Then when I turn it on, to my surprise and astonishment, my phone was fine. I tested everything, the camera, the incoming/outgoing calls, bluetooth - all was "A" ok. To cut it short, my cellphone healed itself!
I guess my phone just needed time to heal. =') love this phone!

Pisces
2 dead. 1 missing. Well at least it was still missing when I took this shot. My parrot fishes died. All 3 of them. I guess the fish tank was overdue for maintenance. This was actually the first time I felt really sad when a pet fish dies. Maybe because I've always wanted to have my own parrot fish. It's like my dream pet fish. Then just like that, they've gone to fish heaven. I'm not sure if I'm still going to buy another trio. Anyways, send my regards to mj when you see him. RIP+

'Sup! So after almost a year of absence from the blog world, I'm proud to say, I'M BACK! I was really new to the blog world then. I didn't really know what to put up or to share on this page. But I came to realize and decided to make this my journal/diary of the everyday things that happened in my life. From a simple, ordinary stroll in the mall to things on the highlight. This blog thing is not just for other people to share or even earn. This could also be an instrument to know yourself better. So, mga ka bloggers, keep posted! Jobuchok.........out!
